SunSystemsJRE

SunSystemsJRE by Infor is a vendor-supplied Java Runtime Environment bundled with Infor SunSystems. It provides the certified Java platform required by specific SunSystems services, background utilities, and integration components, ensuring consistent performance, compatibility, and security without relying on a separately installed, system-wide Java.

This component runs in the background and has no end-user interface. It is intended to be installed and maintained alongside SunSystems, using versions approved by Infor. Altering or removing it can disrupt dependent SunSystems features, including server-side processes, integration connectors, and scheduled tasks. SunSystemsJRE is provided as part of an Infor SunSystems deployment and is not intended for general-purpose Java development.
